Thank you for your support!
The practice runs 10 minute telephone appointments or 15 minute face to face appointments with a Doctor, Advanced Nurse practitioner, Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant.
Urgent Appointments
For urgent appointments on the same day please use Anima to submit a request for a same day appointment. It is important that you give as much information as possible in the Anima form to enable the clinical team to triage your request for a same day appointment effectively.
Routine Appointments
To request a routine appointment please use Anima to submit a request. Our Anima form allows all routine and administration requests to come into the practice to enable our clinical team to review these effectively and take the appropriate action where needed.
We would ask that you submit only one problem at a time to allow it to be dealt with efficiently. If you feel you may need longer with the doctor, please state in your Anima request that you require a longer appointment.
