Changing eConsult to Anima

We want to take a moment to explain an important we are making at the practice called Anima. Anima is our new system for handling patient requests, and this will go live on 28th January.

Extended online consultation

From Wednesday 1 October, we will be extending our online consultation provision from 8am to 6.30pm. This is in line with new NHS England guidance.

Changes to eConsult

From 17th September 2025, all GP surgery requests for urgent and non urgent appointments, administration help and medical advice) must be submitted through eConsult.

Blood tests results are currently delayed from the laboratory.
