Cervical Screening Week Posted or Updated on 19 Jun 2023

Screening saves lives, and cervical screening is about preventing cancer.

Cervical screening samples are first checked for certain types of the human papillomavirus (HPV) that can lead to cancer of the cervix.

If you don’t have HPV, your risk of cervical cancer is very low.

Please don’t ignore your cervical cancer screening invite. It only takes a few minutes and it could save your life.
